Frequently Asked Questions

A home inspection is a comprehensive evaluation of a property's condition, focusing on the major systems and components of the home. This includes the foundation, roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more. During the inspection, we thoroughly examine everything that is visible and accessible at the time.

It's important to note that we can only assess what is readily visible—areas hidden behind walls, beneath floors, or in attics and crawlspaces without proper access points cannot be evaluated. We do our best to identify any potential concerns within these limits, but any hidden issues, such as those behind walls or ceilings, cannot be definitively identified without further invasive testing or specialized equipment. Our goal is to provide you with a detailed, easy-to-understand report of the home's condition based on the accessible areas.
